Terms of use
By installing or using Twinpage you agree to these terms.
Last updated:
License
Twinpage is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (standard EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. The short additional terms below apply together with it.
Machine translation
Twinpage translates with a machine translator. The result can contain mistakes, omissions and awkward wording, and it is not a certified or sworn translation.
For documents that carry legal weight, such as contracts, court, immigration, medical or official papers, have a qualified translator check the translation before you rely on it or submit it. You are responsible for how you use the result.
Your files
You may translate only files you have the right to use. The translation of your file stays yours, and we claim no rights to your documents.
Pro, subscriptions and purchases
Pro is offered as a weekly or yearly subscription and as a single purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. A free trial, when offered, turns into a paid subscription at its end unless you cancel before. Manage or cancel in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions, or from the Settings screen in the app.
Payments and refunds are handled by Apple. Refund requests are decided by Apple, and you can send one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Acceptable use
Do not use Twinpage for anything unlawful, and do not try to copy, reverse engineer or tamper with the app.
No warranty and liability
The app is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by errors in a translation or by relying on one.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms, and the date above shows the latest version. Questions: support@twinpage.pro.
